After earning a Chemical Engineering degree from Northwestern University, I spent time working in technical sales and product management within the personal care and specialty ingredients space, selling preservatives, actives, emulsifiers, and surfactants to cosmetic formulators and brands. I know what it takes to succeed in a commercial role in this industry because I’ve done it.

That background is what makes Arrow Creek Partners different. When I evaluate a candidate for a technical sales role at an ingredients supplier, I’m not just reading a resume. I’m assessing whether this person can walk into a lab, speak credibly with a formulator, and close the deal. That’s a very specific skill set, and it takes someone who understands the industry to recognize it.

I founded Arrow Creek Partners to bring that expertise to the search process, working exclusively with personal care, cosmetics, and specialty ingredients companies to place the commercial and technical talent that drives growth in this space.
